Power Sculpt Your Face

Vintage glamour at last night's National Television Awards.

Coronation street favourite, Kym Marsh, looked sensational last night on the red carpet at the 21st National Television Awards

The 39year old beauty is not only sending pulses racing on the red carpet she is helping to improve fitness levels across the nation with her Power Sculpt dvd.
However last night not only saw her body sculpted but also her features.

Celebrity makeup artist, Armand Beasley explains how he created Kyms look.
"A shimmering golden smoulder was created using the Urban Decay Naked Palette in Smoky (£38), a double set of lashes by Nouveau followed by a generous amount of liner courtesy of Living Nature eyepencil in Midnight (£14.50). I love using Illamasqua Strike brow gel (£18.50) to give a bold yet naturally defined look to Kyms brows."

" The Kardashians ( you know them...The Waltons for the 21st century) made famous the term 'contouring', but really makeup artists have been doing that for years, but we call it 'highlighting & defining'."

Sculpting your features can not only show off your best assets but can also take pounds off your features! Armand tells us how..

" The first main product for 'highlighting' the features is Nars Pear Concealer ( above £19). I created a 'Y' shape from between Kyms brows and down the bridge of the nose then on top of the cheekbones and above the jawline. To 'define' I used Clinique's Curvy Contour Chubby stick (£19) I applied at the sides of the nose, along the hairline, under the cheekbones and along the jawline. "

I then applied Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation (£29.50) to the bare areas and blended together to create a subtly defined look. Illamasqua highlight & sculpting palette in Heliopolis was next, with the shimmering shade creating a spotlight on certain areas like the tops of cheekbones and the matte shade reinforcing definition in other areas."
" Nars Orgasm blusher (£23) provided a glow whilst MAC Give Me Sun added warmth."
" Green People Lip Crayon in Praline (£12.95) along with Max Factor Lip gloss in Delightful Pink (£8.99) provided the perfect pout for the occasion."
"Kiko Cream Radiance highlighter in Twilight gold ( currently 50% off at £5.40) is a steal and is perfect at bringing out the collar bones , shoulders, giving a sheen to the legs etc.."
